Instant Oats Idly

Ingredients
Dry roasted & slightly powdered oats-2 cups
(I used steel cut oats)
Dry roasted white rawa/semolina-3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Curd-2 & 1/4 cups
Eno fruit salt-1tsp
Tempering
Oil-2tsp
Mustard-1tsp
Channa dhal-1/2tsp
Urad dhal-1tsp
Jeera-1/4tsp
Chopped green chillies-1
Chopped curry leaves-2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.In a bowl add all above ingredients together.Mix in the curd & tempering.Grease the idly places,just before pouring the mixture in the plates,mix the ENO.Beat slightly & steam them till cooked.
