Sabudana Khichadi

Ingredients
Sabudana/Sago-1 cup
(sprinkle water & mix the sago well.At intervals sprinkle some more water till its soaked well & dry.Do not add too much water other wise it will become sticky)
Coarsely powdered peanuts-1/2 cup
Potato cut into very small cubes-1
Curry leaves-little
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1/8tsp
Chopped green chillies-1
Lime juice-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/8tsp
Oil-2tsp
Jeera-1tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it with jeera.Add the potato,green chillies & all dry ingredients.Fry it till its cooked.Add the sago & mix it well.Switch off the gas add the lime juice.Serve it hot garnished with curry leaves.
