Badam-1 cup
Sugar -1 cup
Milk-1/4 cup to grind badam
Saffron diluted in warm milk-a pinch
Ghee-4tsp
Method
Soak almonds in hot water for 30 minutes.Peel off the skin ,grind it with milk to a thick smooth paste.Keep it aside.Put sugar in a nonstick pan pour water just till the sugar is immersed.Boil it for 2 minutes till sugar comes to a one string consistency(little sticky).Now add the badam mixture & saffron & keep mixing till the mixture starts to solidify .Now add the ghee & mix it till thick & leaves the sides of the pan (till forms a soft ball like chapati dough).Pour it on a greased tray.Cool & cut it to desired shape.Decorate it with edible silver foil.
