Ingredients
Cubed Firm tofu-1/2 pack
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Curry powder-1/2tsp
Ketchup-3tsp
Oil-2tsp
Jeera
Method
Marinate all above ingredients for 5 minutes.Heat oil in a pan temper it with jeera.Add the tofu,fry till cooked both sides.Serve it as a starter or a side dish.
This dish can be made in less than 10 minutes.Very easy & tasty dish .
