Masoor dhal- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Tempering
Ghee-1tsp
Jeera-1tsp,Mustard-1/2tsp,Hing-1/4tsp,Crushed garlic-3,Curry leaves-little.
Method
Pressure cook dhal with salt & turmeric powder.Temper it.Serve it with rice or roti.
