Falooda

Today is my 3ooth post.........Made an easy instant Falooda with what ever ingredient was there at home.

Ingredients
Vanilla ice cream -2 scoops
Chopped pistachio-1tsp
Milk-3/4 cup
Roohafza(rose syrup)-1tbsp
Sugar required quantity
Cooked Vermicelli-2tsp
Tukmaria seeds(Sabza)-1tsp
(soak it in water for 2 minutes & drain)
Method
Take a tall transparent glass pour the rose syrup at the bottom then put vermicelli & tukmaria .Pour milk top it with ice cream & nuts.Serve it immediately.Mix it while drinking.
Note:You can also add different coloured jelly pieces or tutti fruity.I didn't add it today as it was an instant Falooda today...........

  6. Congrats on ur 300th post..once i tasted Falooda from NJ,and it tasted horrible,it was no where close to the one v get in Kerala,really miss it,urs looks delish,enjoy...
