Black Eye Bean & Potato Gravy

A simple & easy gravy.......



Ingredients
Black eye bean-1 cup
(soaked overnight)
Cubed potato-2
Onion chopped-1/4
Ginger & Garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly powder-1tsp
MDM Kitchen king masala-1tsp
or any garam masala in your kitchen
Oil-2tsp
Coriander leaf little
Method
Heat oil in a pressure cooker fry onion,ginger & garlic paste till light brown.Add all the dry ingredients,fry for 2 minutes.Add the beans & potato & cook it till done Garnish it with coriander leaves.
