Besan Ladoo

Getting ready for Krishna Jayanthi.......



Ingredients
Besan-4 cups
Ghee-1cup & 2tbsp
Cardamom powder-2tsp
Powdered sugar-3 & 3/4 cup
Sliced almonds- 1/4 cup
Method
Melt ghee in a kadai.Fry the besan in ghee till it turns light brown colour & gives nice smell(raw smell disappears).Add the cardamom powder & almonds,let it cool completely.Add the sugar mix it well & make ladoos.

  3. I tried but for some reason i can taste rawness in the besan ladoos how to fix the problem please help...
