Ingredients to grind
Wild & Brown rice together-1/2 cup
Long grain rice-1/2 cup
Thur dhal-1/4 cup
Channa dhal-1/2 cup
Yellow moongh dhal-1/4 cup
Red chillies-8
Ginger-1/4''
Salt to taste
(Soak above ingredients together for 2 hrs & grind it coarsely with salt.Batter should not be too thick)
Other ingredients
Murungai Keerai chopped-1 cup
Chopped onion-1/4
Grated coconut-1tbsp
Grated coconut-1tbsp
Hing-1/4tsp
Jeera-1/4tsp
Oil-to fry
Method
Mix above ingredients to the batter.Heat a tawa pour 1/2tsp of oil ,pour a ladle of batter spread it like a dosa but a bit thick.Pour oil around the adai & cook it on both sides till crisp.Serve it with butter & any chutney.
