Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Chopped Butternut squash-1 cup
Chopped small red potato-1
Chopped onion-1tsp
Chopped garlic-1
Salt & Pepper to taste
Oregano-1/4tsp
Olive oil-1/2tsp
Whole or Fat free milk to dilute
Cream or cheese to garnish(optional)
Method
Add oil in a pan saute onion,garlic,potato ,squash & oregano for 2 minutes.Pour water & cook it till soft.Cool & grind it to a smooth paste.Dilute it with milk,add salt & pepper.Give a boil & serve it hot garnished with cream or cheese.
Tips
For extra richness you can also use butter instead of olive oil.
