Brinjal Chutney

Ingredients
Brinjal chopped-3
(2 small & 1 big shown in the picture)
Chopped onion-1/2
Chopped tomato-1/2
Chopped garlic-4
Green chillies-1
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Tamarind paste-1tsp
Tempering
Oil-2tsp
Mustard-1tsp,Urad dhal-1/2tsp,Channa dhal-1/4tsp,Jeera-1/2tsp,Red chillies-1
Curry leaves little
Method
Heat oil in a pan fry brinjal,onion,garlic,tomato,green chillies,salt ,tamarind paste & turmeric powder till soft.Cool it & grind to a smooth paste.Temper it.Serve it with any tiffin.
