Bindi Fry(Lady's Finger Fry)


Ingredients
Lady's Finger cut into thin strips
(i used fresh )-1 pound
Sliced onion-1/4
Sliced Garlic-8
Curry leaves -little
Salt to taste
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Coriander powder-1/2tsp
Jeera-1tsp
Oil-4tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it with jeera.Add onion,lady's finger & garlic fry it in medium flame till its 3/4th done.Now add dry ingredients,fry it till brown.Serve it as a side dish for roti or rice
