Vendaikai(okra) Poriyal




Ingredients
Chopped Vendaikai-2 cups
oil to fry(6tsp)
Chille powder-to taste(1tsp)
turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard & Jeera-1/2 tsp each
Hing-little
Method
Pour oil in a pan temper it with mustard & jeera.Add the okra ,fry it in medium high flame(as it will be sticky).Fry nicely till cooked ,add all dry masalas.Serve it with rice or rotis.
Tips
If you want to remove the stickyness from okra,sprinkle 1tsp of besan & fry it.Try to cook in medium flame.
