Ingredients
Basmati rice-1 cup
Mixed vegetables-3/4 cup
(carrot,peas,corn,beans)
Greenchilles-2
Ginger & Garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Onion-1/4
Tomato-1
Cinnamon-1
Cardamom-2
Cloves-3
Jeera-1/2tsp
Oil-3tsp
Mint-one handfull
Method
Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add the whole masala.Add onion fry a bit,add other ingredients,fry till oil separates.Add rice & water(1:1& 1/2) .Give one whistle.Switch it off .Garnish it with mint leaves.
