Ingredients
Vermicelli( semiya roasted in ghee)-1 cup
Milk-4 cups
Water-1/2cup
Sugar to your taste
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Saffron strings-1 pinch
Nuts of your choice roasted in ghee
Method
Cook the vermicelli with water till its 3/4 done.Reduce the milk in a heavy bottom pan till its slightly thick.Now add the semiya & cook it.Add sugar, nuts & cardamom powder.Give a nice boil.Garnish it with saffron.
