Rawa Idly


Ingredients
White Rawa(semolina)-2 cups
Curd-2cups
water-1 cup
Salt to taste
Soda or ENO fruit salt-1/2tsp(optional)
Tempering
Oil-3tsp
Mustard-1/2tsp
Channa dhal-1tsp
Uraddhal-1tsp
Jeera-1/2tsp
Onion-1/4(optional)
Curry leaves -little
Green chillies-2
Ginger-1/4''
Garnish
Carrot & cashewnut
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.Add rawa & fry it a bit.Cool it & mix curd ,water & salt.Rest for 5 mins.Place a cashewnut & little grated carrot,pour a laddle of batter in the idly plates.Steam it till done.Serve it with my peanut chutney.
