Green moonghdhal -1 cup
Rice-1 hand full
Salt to taste
Green chilles-2
Ginger-1/2''
Jeera-1tsp
Onion chopped for filling
oil as required
Soak dhal & rice together over night.Next day grind it to a smooth paste along with ginger,salt & jeera.Heat a pan smear oil make dosas,keep 2 tsps of onion and fold it.Serve it with ginger chutney.
Tips.
If you want it crispy do not turn it.In Andhra it is served with ginger chutney & uppuma.
