Karuvepillai Kuzhambu


Ingredients
Small onions whole-1 cup
Sliced Garlic-10
Corriander leaves for garnish
Grind to a smooth paste
Curry leaves-1 cup
Pepper-1tsp
Jeera-1tsp
Chille powder-1 & 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Corriander seeds-1/2tsp
Tamarind paste-1tbsp
Tempering
Vadavam-1tsp
(Mustard,Methi,Jeera,Uraddhal)
Oil-1 & 1/2tbsp
Hing-1/2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.Add the onions & garlic fry it till light brown.Now add the ground masala & fry till oil separates .Pour water & dilute it to your thickness,give a boil . Garnish it with corriander leaves.
