Karamani chopped-1/4 bunch
Corriander leaves
Grind to a rawa consistency.
Channadhal -1/4cup
Masoordhal or Thoordhal-1/4cup
Salt to taste
Red chiles-3
Jeera-1 & 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Tempering
Hing-1/2tsp
Oil-6tsp
Mustard-1tsp
Uraddhal-1/4tsp
Curry leaves little
Method
Steam karamani & keep it aside.Heat oil in a kadai temper it.Add the dhal mixture & fry it in low heat till it is cooked.Add the vegetable and fry it well till done.Garnish it with Curry & corriander leaves.
Tips
If you want to use very little oil for this dish instead of frying the dhal mixture in oil steam & crumble it.Grated coconut can also be used for garnish for extra taste.
