Curry & Corriander leaves
Tempering
Jeera-1tsp
Cardamom-1
Cinnamon-1/2''
Oil-1tbsp
Grind to a smooth paste
Pepper-1 & 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Ginger & Garlic-1tsp
Method
Heat oil in a kadai temper it.Fry onions till brown,now add the tomatoes & ground masala.fry till raw smell goes & oil separates the pan.Add the eggs & mix it well.Garnish it with curry & corriander leaves.
