Ingredients
Channa soaked overnight-1 cup
Onion chopped-1/2
Chille powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Kastoori methi-1tbsp
Amchur powder-1/4tsp
(or you can also use lime juice)
MDH Kitchen king masala-1tsp
(or any garam masala)
Cinnsmon-1,Cloves-1,Cardamom-2,Jeera-1/2tsp
(whole masala)
Oil-4tsp
Corriander leaves-little
Grind
Tomato-3
Ginger & Garlic-2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pressure cooker add whole masala.Now add onions fry till light brown,add the tomato mixture.Now add all the dry ingredients.Fry till oil separates.Pour water & cook the channa till done.Garnish it with corriander leaves
