turmeric powder-1/4tsp

Coconut for garnish(optional)-2tsp
Tempering
Oil-1tsp
Mustard-1/4tsp

Uraddhal-1/2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.now add the carrots & other ingredients except curry leaves & coconut.Fry a bit sprinkle water.Cover & cook it till done.Garnish with coconut &
curryleaves.
