Ingredients
Chopped beans-2 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Hing-1/4tsp
Curry leaves little
Grated coconut-2tsp
Tempering
Oil-1tsp
Mustard-1/2tsp
Jeera-1/4tsp
Uraddhal-1/2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it.Add the remaining ingredients & saute.Sprinkle very little water close lid & cook it in low heat till done.Garnish it with curry leaves & coconut.
